High Performers

Performing at a high level, as an athlete, dancer, musician or actor, makes enormous demands on a person. Maintaining a consistently high performance level can lead to pain and injury in the neck, back and especially in areas of the body that are key to the performance e.g. knees for a footballer, shoulders for a saxophonist. Moving to a higher level of performance often means trying harder and doing more of what’s not quite right can lead to patterns that, ironically, keep you where you are. Feldenkrais and the Anat Baniel Method for High Performers uses scientifically based developments and practices that help you recover from pain and injury and that help you generate new movement patterns that can prevent new injuries and raise your level of performance.
