• Contact enquiries. If you contact us through this site, we receive the name, email address, and message content you provide, and use it only to respond to your enquiry.
• Standard site analytics. Like most websites, our hosting platform may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your information for any purpose other than those described above.

The AOS application

We operate an internal software application called AOS that connects to Google services (such as Gmail and Calendar) on behalf of the business owner only. AOS accesses only the owner’s own Google account data. That data is stored on the owner’s own infrastructure, is never shared with or sold to any third party, and is used solely to automate the owner’s personal email and schedule management.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle them. You may ask us at any time to delete information we hold about you.
